We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so we designed our Returns & Exchange Policy with you in mind. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you have full 30 days to return or exchange your merchandise from the day you receive your item from us.

Please note that the following items are excluded from our Triple Guarantee Policy and are non-returnable:
- Personalized or customized item(s), including Team Uniforms, Player Jerseys and Player Shorts
- Items that are not in their original condition
- Items shipped outside of continental U.S.
- "Quick Feet" products and accessories
- Referee Headsets

- Cones & Carts
These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item(s) we shipped was not the item(s) you ordered or the item(s) we shipped arrived defective or damaged.
Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for your credit to be issued once your return/exchange is received and processed. Also, please keep in mind that it can take up to 2 billing cycles for a credit to post to your account, depending on the processing speed of your financial institution.
Cancellations & Backorder Policies

For any item(s) that has been backordered and cannot be shipped within our standard shipping processing times, we will notify you via email that the item(s) has been backordered and provide an estimated shipping date. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after our email notification has been sent.
We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days to the continental U.S. via UPS and/or USPS. If you need an item to be delivered faster, please email us at

UPS and USPS typically require 1-5 business days delivery time within the continental U.S. Occasionally, however, we may choose to ship certain items directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Those drop shipments may require additional delivery time. Similarly, custom-made products may require additional processing time, which typically is 2 to 5 weeks.
Our standard shipping rates displayed in the shopping cart do not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping fees. We will contact you with the updated shipping quote and, should the revised shipping quote not be acceptable to you, you may cancel your order at no cost.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. Please note that we are not responsible for any packages lost or delayed as a result of address errors made by you or an incorrect shipping address provided by you during checkout. Please take note that if you choose a residential address as your delivery address UPS and/or USPS will typically not require a signature at the time of delivery and the package may be left at the address provided. If you require a delivery signature, please contact us at the time you are placing your order.
